Morning
Start at the Prado Museum. Even a few hours are enough to see the key works by Velázquez and Goya.
Daytime
After the museum, walk through Retiro Park, then head to Cibeles Square and continue along Gran Vía.
Evening
Finish the day at Plaza Mayor or San Miguel Market.
The route is especially comfortable in spring and autumn, when it is more pleasant to walk between the main stops.
